Who even are we, Meadowmere?

They said they knew better…

They said they knew what was best for everyone…

… before any of us knew what was truly happening, the Summer Court was gone.

… and before any of us could react, Spring fell as well.

In a desperate move, Winter appealed to Autumn – the Court of the Dying – to spare them in exchange for the magic that could have saved them all.

I know how that story ended. Had we not run when we did – forsaking everyone I knew and loved – we would have ended with them. Maybe that’s how it should have been. Now half of me is with the Lord of Doors. The rest of me is here. Clinging to every ounce of Hope that redemption will be enough.

All because someone thought they knew what was best for a world they had no control over.

Meadowmere is fracturing. Those who think they know better are determined to follow Sanctuary… to thwart Sanctuary. Dozens of beastfolk bodies litter what remains of the temple grounds in Gandra. Hundreds more potentially trapped and lost underneath the rubble. And for what, rumors?

Meadowmere, what are we becoming? Can we claim to know better? Rumors. Not facts. Rumors.
