        It broke?

She tilted her head and squinted her eyes. There was no way.

        It broke.

She sighed deeply. She just wanted to get some practice in. Dahlya clenched her jaw and gripped her bow tightly until her knuckles turned white.
She let out a frustrated groan and ran her hand hard through her hair. Everything was getting on her nerves. People. Choices. Herself.

        “What do you want?”
Dahlya spun on her heels. She thought she heard someone whisper this phrase. Her heart was racing and her mouth was dry. Dahlya was the only individual in the area. She furrowed her brows. “What do I want?” She questioned herself in a whisper.

She took a deep breath and relaxed her hand around her weapon. She rubbed the water from her eyes and finally relaxed her jaw. Another deep breath and she looked at her surroundings. Dahlya knew what had to be done. It had to. No one was going to convince her otherwise anymore. She wasn’t going to doubt herself any longer.

        It definitely broke.

        She unstrung her bow.
