A little bit of Raine

Back at the Outpost!
Hmm… we need a new name…
What a lovely time celebrating the spring fete with friends and family!
It was a grand time of food, crafting, sparing, and more.
For me, it was also a time of decision. I want to protect my friends and home and defend the peace that so often gets threatened. I joined the military; I’m now Lance Constable Raine.

We all gathered to support Kalen, Simon, and Burzog as they prepare to journey to Dejardan lands, knowing that it could be dangerous and they could very well meet many people in need who could be coming to us for safety. So, time to get to work! I wrote a letter to Haven and Molly Mavis asking for supplies for an influx of refugees. Then I commissioned some town funds to start a bedding project, we want people to be comfortable at the very least.
We don’t know what tomorrow brings but we still get to celebrate today! I met some lovely new friends and reveled in the arms of many of my favorite loved ones. What a joyous time!
