Synopsis: Magical eggs laid my rabbitoid monstrosity cause dangerous uncontrollable magical effects, immediate action in containing all remaining instances suggested.

Report: Multiple eggs with mysterious magical properties were discovered by citizens of the town within the surrounding woods, and reports of a wild beast attacking people were recorded. The eggs had multiple uncontrollable magical effects when opened, most of which posed a danger to those opening the eggs and those around them. Such effects include: blindness, deafness, slowness, loss of limb, and compulsion to act counter to normal behavior. Most effects either wore off after a short duration, or were easily remedied.
The beast that laid these eggs was a large, bipedal rabbitoid creature of as of yet unknown origin. The creature was extreamly hostile when approached, and demonstrated great resilience and power. It showed the ability to teleport, knock over swaths of people around it, and consume the limbs of its attackers. It took a large party of well equipped individuals to finally take the beast down, suffering many injuries but luckily no casualties. I was unable to get a closer look at the corpse before it had been skinned and incinerated.

Conclusion: I recommend immediate Order intervention in locating and confiscating any remaining eggs, as well as interrogating anyone involved in the fight with the beast, so that this incident can be better understood, and safeguards put in place to prevent it from happening again.
