Advocate’s Report: Follow-Up on Tullis Eye Threat

This report is a highly summarized account of the conclusion of mission “Tullis Eye”. A full account will be provided by verbal debriefing upon delivery.
The mission to eliminate the “Tullis Eye” threat is a mixed success. Though we were unsuccessful in apprehending the rogue mage, it appears his plans were thwarted and he was defeated in some manner. Admittedly, my understanding of the magic is quite limited, and it is possible Tullis Eye may return at some point in the future, in some form. The details are unfortunately unclear, and I will maintain a vigilant guard for Tullis Eye, traces of his magic, and the other convict mages working with him who are still at large.
Through this experience, I have gained more understanding of the importance of the mission of Order security. The unsolicited manipulation of the mind is a heinous crime, caused great stress to my allies, and sowed much strife in our home. This attack on our wills consequently serves as my inspiration for the routing of abusers of magic everywhere.
Upon my appointment as Defender, warranted and promised upon the completion of this task, I swear to defend the duchies from similar criminals, and uphold the will of the saints.
