After setting up shop in Haven, I started to feel sick. So has everyone else. I think the DeJardin have poisoned the water.
—
Kalen has led a “ritual” to cure us all. I don’t know anything about magic, I didn’t know this was something I could do. Not sure how I feel about it.
—
There’ve been several battles here in Haven. The People’s Champion was here, and that put people on edge. But he brought us our people, Kelora and Marcus, as well as our supplies from Meadowmere. Simon seems to trust him.
—
War sucks.
—
Kelora, Sulian, Gladius, Wyn, and I were able to sneak into the DeJardin camp and got a letter from Captain Arnor (the Iron Beast) to his wife that never got delivered.
—
Saw a DeJardin noblewoman being snuck into the tavern, escorted by Simon. Something bigger is going on.
—
A lot of us are on guard duty. Tannas asked me and some others to guard the town hall. Still owes me that silver he promised. But we were guarding that DeJardin lady I saw.
—
People’ve been finding weird stones all over the place. Turns out they go to a beastfolk vault. Inside was a scroll in an ancient beastfolk language. Luckily I still had the cipher from the tablet we found last time we were in Haven. Kelora, Wyn, and I were able to translate it for them. Handed the scroll, the translation, and the cipher over to the beastfolk sage.
—
Is it all over? Arnor and Gillette were executed, the People’s Champion was killed in the conflict. I’m so friggin’ tired.
