Letter to Malacai

Malacai,

Greetings from the newly dubbed settlement of Meadowmere. I hope this missive finds you in good health and prosperity. I am certain that word has reached you by now of what transpired at the recent summit. While the noble houses were unable to reach an…amicable outcome, several business opportunities in the lands controlled or contested by House Dejardin arose from the meeting. However, we find ourselves uncertain of the welcome we might recieve there. I would ask if there are those who are open to Healthy Competition with the Eight Petaled banner of DeJardin. We would prefer to work in concert with those whose interests are similar to ours, if possible.

We would seek to expand our business to include Travel, sale of Metal Goods, and such remedies and elixirs as might be needed to promote good health. If there are any who would be interested in such endeavors, we would be most grateful to speak with them, especialy before the flow of resources slows, as it often does in uncertain times.
