It is of great importance that this letter be received by the highest of officials immediately. It has come to my attention that discussions of rebellion may have begun. I have only heard from parties that over heard conversations where terms like this and others were used. I can not share the details here in this letter because I am unaware of how deep this insurrection may exist. I shall be leaving to the capital after my assignment in Heaven is done. I do believe that Simon, Captain of the guard to House Royce should be reporting this information as well. If anything were to happen to me between now and my arrival in the capital, please seek him out for additional information.
