Paladin’s Report: Meadowmere Restoration Festival

This report is intended as a brief corroboration of other Order accounts of the criminal use of magic at a festival in the town of Meadowmere.
A certain “Guardian” sent beastfolk followers to Meadowmere in search of a certain “guiding stone”. This stone is believed to be some sort of map for archaic relics of unknown magic power. These followers proceeded to cause a large environmental ground disruption in order to retrieve said stone, collapsing several buildings and injuring citizens. The followers were then apprehended and interrogated.
I believe that the actions and words of these followers to be like that of a cult, and that this Guardian is likely teaching heretical and violent beliefs to beastfolk in Duchy Velazquez. These relics would also seem to be of high priority for retrieval. Thus I believe my presence in a cavaran forming in Meadowmere heading that direction is necessary.
As a side note, artifacts of this kind of power tend to attract ambitious and ill-meaning mages. Due to my lack of leads in “Blinding Light”, this may be my only chance at a break.
