Preface: It should not be forgotten that one of our most integral duties as the security arm of the Order is to prevent the use from the most dangerous magics that could potentially destroy the Sovreignty, or even all Astrel. Tampering with time can have devastating, far-reaching, and highly unpredictable consequences that affect every living thing. Controlling anothers mind, and forcefully altering their will, has the danger and power to destroy the peace and laws we all enjoy. Despite how difficult the task may be, or how long we must fight, we must be endlessly dilligent. We must stop those individuals who would attempt to control these magics, and those like them, and in so doing bring annihilation.

Status: Current whereabouts are unknown. Last physical sighting in Duchy Jernigan. Mission currently limited to search and report.
Description: During the political insurgency in Jernigan, convict mages “Tullis Eye” and “Jone Danceweaver”, believed to have been defeated, were spotted multiple times by different individuals. Due to their inexplicable reappearance, it can be assumed that associates of theirs are still at large, and responsible for their continued evasion. All individuals are to be apprehended on sight. Deadly force is permitted if incarceration proves impossible. Mission will require frequent travel; personal expenses should be expected.
Note: Due to highly limited intelligence, it is unlikely we will find any promising leads soon.

Background Summary

This report is my official request to be inducted into the Security branch of the Order of the Halcyon Sovreignty. As required, this brief will summarize my background. Accompanying this note is proof of my clean legal record, as well as other verifying documents and identification.
I originate from Duchy Stenstrom, born to law-abiding hunters from the city of Skalavik. My parents worked hard to provide for me in the badlands, but in my youth their lives were taken by the land. As an orphan I found refuge in the reputable and honorable mercenary group called the Consortium, under the guardianship of Drandor Circlespinner. I was given a strong education in combat, tactics, leadership, and ethics. On reaching adulthood, I assissted in the fulfillment of honest mercenary contracts, which remains my livelihood today.
I currently have no permanent residence, I am unmarried, have no children, and own no land. I own a personal arsenal of weapons and armor (see attached documents). I have no known living family members. I have no diseases or disabilities. I am in good health and physical condition.
I believe upon reviewing the attached documents you will agree with my assessment that the Security branch is the proper place for me in the Order.

As I have been informed my previous report did no contain all of the relevant information required to process my request, here is contained the remaining account and documents of my skills and experience conducive to apprehending/eliminating criminal mages and enemies of the state.
In my background report I mention education in combat and tactics by the Consortium. I was trained in all manner of weaponry, defensive and offensive fighting styles, and effectively using different styles of armor. I was put through physical trials to increase endurance and strength. In my youth before the Consortium, the badlands of Stenstrom were not unknown to me. I would sometimes accompany my parents on hunts, and those of our duchy have to be particularly resilient, as many of the creatures were viciously poisonous, and some even possessed some primal mental power. Having faced some of these creatures had bestowed a particular hardiness and resistance to these abilties.
My ties to the Consortium would also come as an asset to the Order. I would be able to garner aid from other mercenaries in official missions, making me versatile as a field agent. Many of the contracts also come from the Order itself, and as an official representative I would be able to oversee these missions and foster an outcome aligned with our goals.
I eagerly await a decision in my placement, and have attached further records of my contributions in serving Consortium contracts.
