TFAMM: “The Un-Silence of the Lam”

A message emanates from the shrine of the Po Chi Lam, first to be heard by Poet.

It remains clear, as though he were in her presence to Mei mei, throughout.

In time, it becomes audible to any of those who have the patience to listen to the wind. Especially so, if Poet is present to translate.

“There’s so many things I wanna say to ya, my Duden..

(That’s uh.. either non-gendered or plural for Dudes and Dudesses, for the uninitiated, Duden)

But, talkin like this, it doesn’t really lend itself to a ton of words, ya dig?

Anyways.. like, things.. they’re getting stressful and strung out for ya. I can feel it from here. Me AND Lao Mei. (which is gettin weird, cause lately, I’m startin to pick up on the ebb and flow of stuff fore SHE does..)

My big point, I mean, if I ever have one, is this:

Do what ya gotta do, for the situation yer in, but ya don’t gotta do what’s expected, man!
When things get tough, we all tend to get our fur up, y’know? Ya don’t gotta!

When dogs and people bark and come at ya, the natural thing is to fight or to run. Ta stand yer ground, or ta flee.

But what if ya let it pass on by? “Nothin to see here, man! I ain’t yer target!”

A punch that’s thrown won’t hit it’s target, if the target shifts to the side, duden. When somebody pushes, you don’t have to resist, or to get knocked over.. You can also turn, like a willow in the wind..

And last, my friends, remember..

Yer family. Love on each other.

I ain’t talkin conjugal, though what happens between consentin adults is all up in their OWN business.

I’m sayin remember!
Yer family. Ya got this!
Yer so strong when ya all pull together!
Like the song says: “he ain’t heavy, he’s my brother”

Ya all got strengths. Pull together, trust in each other. Use that love to push back against the darkness..
